The Single MOM KC is a group of MOMS who gather together to celebrate life’s victories and support each other through life’s challenges. They are a ministry of hospitality dedicated to the restoration and healing of single-mother families. By offering a safe, warm environment at meetings and events, we seek to draw single mothers into relationship with God and with others.

Serving Kansas City for over 25 years, Rachel House is dedicated to helping meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of those who seek assistance with an unplanned pregnancy. Their focus is to protect the unborn and provide spiritual guidance in a Christ-centered environment. They offer free medical grade pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, education programs, confidential consultations for men, fatherhood programs, mentoring programs and community resources.

Solace House is a grief counseling center that supports children, individuals and families who have been impacted by the death of a loved one, whether anticipated, or sudden and unexpected. They provide opportunities to share, listen, learn and heal.

Habitat of Kansas City is the seventh oldest affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International. They are a 501(c)(3) non-profit Christian based organization working to fulfill the dream of home ownership for low-medium income families in the greater Kansas City area.

Rosedale Farmers Market is a 501(c)3 non-profit that began in 2009 as a collaboration between church and community gardens. Their mission is to create a low-cost, accessible place for Rosedale residents to learn about and purchase healthy food. Join your friends and neighbors at Rosedale Farmers Market every Sunday from mid-May to the end of September between 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

SAFEHOME provides a healing atmosphere where survivors of domestic violence can gain inner strength, build self-esteem, explore options, and establish a life free of violence. Through SAFEHOME’s shelter and community services, approximately 8,000 individuals each year receive the support they need to lead healthy, independent lives. Their mission is to break the cycle of domestic violence and partner abuse for victims and their children by providing shelter, advocacy, counseling, and prevention education in our community.

The Hoving Home is a residential spiritually-based home. We are a non-profit organization serving women ages 18 and over who have been involved in drug addiction, alcoholism, prostitution and other life-controlling problems.
