It was a beautiful and glorious day.
God touched hearts again.
After the windy crazy day earlier in the week, we went to bed praying that God would hold the winds back, that I’d be able to walk on my foot, (I’d had a little twist of my foot on the cobblestones in Sedona), and the temperature would NOT start falling until later in the day. As I prayed, I mentioned to the Lord that I knew it the scheme of the universe making our video was not at the top of the list, but we would be so grateful.
PERFECT – the day was perfect. As we returned to our filming areas, once again people began to gather around. All I can say is that God took over as I stepped out and sang “How Great Thou Art.”. It became about sharing His Greatness and His glory with the people who were listening. They were touched, tears in their eyes, and they wanted to talk about it. WOW!
As we went from one place to the other, various people said they could hear the music throughout the canyon and between the shuttle stops. I was actually a little surprised that the Park rangers hadn’t come out to see what was going on and I figured they would tell us to stop. Of course, God had it all worked out.
So many of the visitors to the park stopped and chatted told us their stories and shared a little of their lives. That is why we were really there. God spoke to their hearts through the music. He opened doors. It was truly an example of “Keep His Word in the air around you … thru music”. It was singing in the largest cathedral in the world, God’s cathedral. I’ll never forget it.

Often we don’t know why we are at a particular place, we don’t know what God has in store, we just trust. There may be something in your life that you know in your heart that God is directing you to do or say. DO IT! Follow His lead. He will probably surprise you and He will definitely bless you.
Step out of your comfort zone and open your heart to what God has for you today!
