Did you know that 97% of women report having 1 or more negative thoughts about their body each day? And less than 3% of women consider themselves beautiful?
Ouch! Ladies what are we doing to ourselves? The negative self talk, beating up on ourselves, comparing ourselves to each other, or to the images we see in the media. If this is how we see ourselves, we will never measure up!
Here’s the truth.
We are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things He planned for us long ago. Ephesians 2:10
“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; Jeremiah 1:5
I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made…. Psalm 139:14
You are beautiful. You are His child and He loves you. He sees you for all the greatness that He created in you.
When I begin to doubt myself, I think about who I am in Him. Releasing the negative thoughts and doubts that hold me back and celebrate the person He created me to be. It is very freeing and gives me peace. I wish that for you as well.
Blessings,
Delinda

Thanks Sherry – How we feel about ourselves really does make a difference. When we believe it, His beauty truly does shine within us and that reflects to others- thanks for sharing!

Most people ‘see you’ as ‘you see yourself’. When you know and feel you are beautiful, you really are. If you are hard on yourself, it will show – and opens the door for more abuse.
Beauty truly begins from deep within – then works itself OUT for all to see.
You, my friend, are definitely beautiful.
