November. As we begin the holiday season, Thanksgiving and Christmas, it is a time of thankfulness, a time of reflection, and a time of looking for Jesus, the Messiah.
We live in a world in chaos, conflict, and confusion. We need peace. Jesus is the Prince of Peace and He brings peace to our hearts and our lives. It is only His peace that can bring peace to our world… one heart, one person at a time.

My prayer is that the peace of Christ will spread across our world
. . . and let it begin in me.

Thanks Sherry as you say, a beautiful reminder that we can’t really change others, but we can change ourselves. Blessings

I really enjoyed your post, blmaluso – isn’t it amazing that when we change ourselves, our world around us changes too. Thank you for the beautiful reminder.

Re: How can we as individuals bring peace to our family or our workplace?
When I started working at my current job, there was intense conflict and tension in the office. It was an overwhelming, negative environment. I tend to take in other people’s emotions…actually feel them as if they were my own. It was not a pleasant time for me…I was filled with all the stress, anger, hostility, and depression that was around me.
What did I do? I started praying for all the people there…especially the ones who were the sources of the conflict. While I was alone in the office , (early morning) I said the rosary. I did this every day. After a few months time, the atmosphere in the office had changed drastically. Even those who in the past did not even acknowledge my presence, now are downright friendly with me: -)
Amazing things happen when we open our hearts to eachother, pray, meditate, and ask God to change hearts and open eyes. Especially our own.
May God bless your day!
